Originally trained as a master baker, Bernard successfully ran BC Pizzas, Callac's premiere pizzeria for many years. His long friendship with Phillip and Jayne Thomas resulted in the amalgamation of BC Pizzas with the Café de la Place and has confirmed Bernard's reputation as Callac's leading pizzaman. |
A wide range of traditional and speciality pizzas is available. Each pizza is individually prepared and cooked to order using freshly made dough and personally selected ingredients.
